Day 4 – Seven Days, Seven Photos in Black and White from/of my life.
The rules are simple: Seven days, seven black and white photos of your life. No people, no pets, no exceptions.
Black and white photographs are striking and revealing. It is easier to see structures, contours, textures, positions, and shadows undeterred by color. A famous black and white photographer, Ansel Adams, said:
“Life is your art. An open, aware heart is your camera. A oneness with your world is your film.”
Additionally, for writers, a story can emerge from such photographs. In the image below are the contours and shadows of a handmade wreath.
